Biography
Dr. Jimmy Gaudreault is interested in advanced monitoring and intelligent control of biomanufacturing processes. During his PhD, he used surface plasmon resonance (SPR) to develop innovative approaches for monitoring the quality of monoclonal antibodies produced in bioreactors. His post-doctoral research then led him to analyze and model bioprocesses using digital tools. Following on from this, Prof. Gaudreault's work today aims to create an integrated platform dedicated to the development of digital twins, with a view to optimizing and transforming biomanufacturing practices.
